Saum Sharifi is the Founder and President of Altus, where he leads the company towards delivering its mission of powering advancements in the global workforce. He is based in the firm’s San Diego office.

Russell has worked for Altus for 5 years. He started off in government simulation for 8 years, 5 years doing mergers and acquisitions. Russell has spent the last 5 years making Altus one of the most turn key and technology forward staffing firms out there.

Nicholas Semenuk is the Senior Data Analyst for Altus and is responsible for overseeing the conversion of data into insights that lead to informed buiness decisions and drive internal technology development. He is based in the Firm's Orlando office.

Chris is a developer and entrepeneur from Orlando, FL. His passion for technology has led him everywhere from web development to mobile apps to wearables and even to publishing a movie.

David is a full-stack developer with an educational background in computer science. His implementation of code is a driving force behind our products.

Sabba is a Senior Sales Executive at Altus and has been with us since 2013. He specializes in developing new and existing client relationships at a high level and considers himself an expert in the architecture, engineering, and construction staffing markets. He believes it is key to stay diligent and always be learning - not just about staffing, but about the AEC industry itself. He has assisted with countless career transitions nationwide and is Altus' highest revenue producer to date/ Sabba is based out of our Orlando office and in his free time enjoys travel, weightlifting, and running.

Bryan Davey has been with the company for over three years now, watching massive growth occur and countless success stories made. He is part of the Account Executive team which works side by side with many of the top ranked firms in the nation, and takes pride in providing the most comprehensive service possible on a daily basis.

Yaus is a Senior Recruiter with Altus, quickly climbing the ranks to the top. Her outgoing and friendly personality allows her to connect in a stronger way with her candidates, making the process more fun and efficient for both. When she's not working on her fitness or spending time with Gary and Kevin(her dogs). She is motivated and passionate both inside and outside the office!

Britany is a Sr Recuiting Specialist and has been with Altus since 2017. She has been the the top revenue producer on the recruiting side for the past two years, and strives to be better everyday she is here. She prides herself on building genuine and lasting relationships with her candidates, while also having the privilege of helping them make strategic and vertical moves within their career. She is thankful for the atmosphere that Altus has cultivated where she has continued to grow and learn, while also making some of her best friends!

Zac is a Senior Recruiting Specialist for Altus and has helped hundreds obtain career advancement opportunities in the industry that delivered professional growth and financial gain. He is a result-oriented, high achiever committed to exceeding all goals personally and for the candidates he works with.

Jon is a Sales Executive with Altus. He has spent his entire career since his time serving in the Marines in client relations and continuously pushes to better himself and others around him. His dedication and determination to providing top quality service is second to none . In his free time Jon enjoys spending time with family, traveling and relaxing at the beach.

Chelsea joined Altus in June of 2019 as a Lead Generator and has since climbed the ranks to Senior Recruiter with some Account Management. Her main goal with Altus is to grow and excel in all aspects of the company, all while providing her candidates with a genuine and transparent job seeking experience. She spends her free time with her family & friends, and travels whenever possible!

Matt is a new Recruiter with a natural eye for talent, and is striving to climb his way up the ranks of the company through his result-driven mind and passion for helping people. In his short time here, Matt has already helped numerous professionals make an upward transition in their career. He prides himself on his friendliness and straight forward attitude to aide his candidates in achieving professional and financial elevation. Damiar joined the Altus team in Summer of 2019 with a mission to provide great service in the careers of others. Moving from Columbus, OH, to Florida, he is very familiar with the pain of transition needed in order to pursue one's aspirations. Damiar graduated from Full Sail University in 2016 with a Recording Arts Bachelor's degree. His dream is to make his way into the music industry with the artists he is currently working with.

His work ethic, resiliency, and communication skills have helped him excel quickly. In his free time, Sharif enjoys basketball, photography, and music.
